Tai Chi Chich also known as "Joy thru Movement; is a moving meditation. You will learn 19 movements and one pose. Benefits reported with continued practice are better balance and circulation, reduced stress, regulated blood pressure, improved focus, creativity, flexibility and peacefulness and sleep quality. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. 
Beginner Class - Intensity Level Low
Intermediate Class - Prerequisite is the Beginner Tai Chi Chih class

Instructor

Jamie Erickson is an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor with a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Minnesota.  She is also certified in Qigong, Tai Chi Kung and Karate.
